Aida has taught porcelain painting privately, both abroad and in New York City, where she also sometimes teaches in institutional settings. Aida offers painting lessons for groups and individuals of all competencies, including people with literally no previous artistic experience. She fires pieces in her own kiln and gives classes either in her Union Square studio or at students’ homes. Group classes are a great experience for friends, couples, families, teens, and bridal parties.

Aida also has considerable experience taking porcelain painting commissions for special events and home décor, including personalized wedding gifts, birthdays, holidays, graduations, and place settings for the home and even dining establishments. Aida works closely with clients’ preferences and specifications to create elegant one-of-a-kind pieces that make a lasting impression. Gold work is done in at least 24 karats, and lead-free paints are available for serving surfaces.
